Cell Phone Cozy

A simple crocheted cell phone cover using just single crochet and double crochet. The pattern can easily be changed to fit your particular cell width by just changing the beginning number of chains and height by add more rows to the work.

Hook: Size U.S. E/4- 3.5 mm crochet hook

Ch = Chain
Rnd = Round
dc = double crochet
sc = single crochet
Sl st = Slip stitch

Pattern:

Rnd1: Ch 10 , sc in the second ch from the hook and each of the remaining 8 chains, 2sc in the same spot ... now working on the opposite side of the chain 1sc in each of 7 chain on the opp side, 2sc in the last spot, join with a sl st.

Rnd2: Ch1, 1sc in the same spot, 1sc in  next 8sc, 3sc in next sc, 1sc in next 9sc, 3sc in next sc, join with a sl st.

Rnd3:  Ch1, 1sc in the same spot, 1sc in  next  10sc, 3sc in next sc, 1sc in next 11sc, 3sc in next sc, 1sc in  next  sc ,join with a sl st.

Rnd4-14: Ch1, 1sc in the same spot and 1 sc around till end, join with a sl st.

Rnd 15: Ch3, 1dc in the same spot,[ skip 1sc, 2dc in the next sc ] till end, Join with sl st to 3rd chain of ch3.

Rnd 16 -17 : Ch1, 1sc in the same spot and 1 sc around till end, join with a sl st.

Rnd 18: Ch3, 1dc in the same spot,[ skip 1sc, 2dc in the next sc ] till end, Join with sl st to 3rd chain of ch3.

Rnd 19 -20 : Ch1, 1sc in the same spot and 1 sc around till end, join with a sl st.

Rnd 21: Ch3, 1dc in the same spot,[ skip 1sc, 2dc in the next sc ] till end, Join with sl st to 3rd chain of ch3.

Rnd 22 : Ch1, 1sc in the same spot and 1 sc around till end, ch9 and join with a sl st.
